Return and Exchange Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if:

The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.

The product is unused, in the original packaging, with labels and protective stickers attached.

The product is returned in original condition (with brand/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, and all accessories included).

The product received does not match the size ordered.

Returns and exchanges are applicable only for orders delivered within India. For international orders, contact our customer support team for assistance.

Innerwear products are non-returnable to maintain hygiene standards.

Exchanges or refunds on sale or discounted items are only applicable if the product received does not match your order.

How to Request a Return

Once approved, pack the product in its original packaging and apply the existing shipping label.
Return Processing

Returns are generally processed within 5–7 working days after receipt.

During busy periods, please allow up to 14 working days for processing.
Size Exchange Policy

If you need a different size of your purchased thobe for men, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, in the original packaging, with labels and protective stickers attached.

This policy applies only for orders within India. International customers should contact our support team for guidance.
Refund Policy

Refunds are available for eligible returns.

Customers are responsible for any currency exchange rate changes. Hijazi is not responsible for differences due to currency conversions.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days, depending on the payment method.
International Orders

Currently, Hijazi does not offer returns for international orders.

All international products are inspected by our QC team before dispatch.

If the customer refuses delivery, Hijazi is not obliged to refund or compensate the order amount.

Special exchange cases require customers to return products to our Mumbai operations facility for inspection. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customized or made-to-measure thobes for men cannot be refunded or exchanged.

If the product has incorrect measurements, provide pictorial evidence, and we will review to resolve the issue.
Sale & Discounted Products
